At AlertX, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. That’s why we offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all orders placed before 5pm (UK time) — no minimum spend required.
As soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorised. Once your order is confirmed in stock and ready to ship, we’ll process your payment and prepare your items for dispatch.

Orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the following business day. Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).
We respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, no fuss.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. If you do not receive your tracking number within 24 hours, please email us at admin@alertx.co.uk with the subject line “Tracking Number Request.”
We use a range of trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, and UPS. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or hold an order due to stock issues, payment verification, or potential fraud checks. You may be contacted for further information such as phone number or billing address before we process the order. If a pricing error occurs on the website, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and will contact you accordingly.
