How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 5pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
We use reliable courier services including Yodel and Royal Mail.
Tracking details will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Are the alarms compliant with UK and Scottish legislation?

Yes. AlertX alarms meet UK standards (BS EN 14604 and BS 5446-2) and are compliant with the Scottish Government’s updated fire safety laws introduced in 2022.

What are interlinked smoke and heat alarms?

Interlinked alarms are connected wirelessly. If one alarm detects smoke or heat, all alarms in the network will sound, providing an early warning no matter where you are in the house.
